Using the official aggregate formula, the merit calculator calculates the total using Matric, Intermediate, and NUML entry test scores. Merit formula for admission in NUML University for all programs is:
- Matric - 5%
- FSC - 10%
- Test - 75%

Eligibility Checker for NUML Admission
General Criteria for BS in Computing and Engineering:
- Intermediate / F.Sc / ICS / O-A Levels equivalent examination with minimum 50% marks with below subjects:
1) Maths, Physics and Chemistry. (2) Maths, Stats and Computer (3) Maths, Physics and Computer (4) Maths, Stats and Physics (5) Maths, Stats and Economics, (6) Physics, Chemistry& Biology.
- Must have Mathematics in Intermediate (or O/A level equivalent).
- In cases where Mathematics was not included in Intermediate, candidates will have to pass deficiency course(s) in Mathematics as per university policy, within the first one year of enrollment.
- Candidates must have passed DAE with at least 60% aggregate marks.
- Entrance Test is mandatory.
